Our flexible system technology for wet cleaning using the spray process enables efficient and thorough cleaning of plastic and metal parts measuring up to 1,200 × 1,200 mm. Even heavy components up to an individual weight of 250 kg can be handled safely and effortlessly thanks to a powerful column-mounted slewing crane. The system is designed for a maximum basket weight of 1,250 kg and is therefore also ideal for heavy parts. Of course, we offer preservation and packaging exactly according to your individual specifications - for optimum protection and perfect further processing of your components.

We use state-of-the-art ultrasonic technology for the professional cleaning of sensitive and complex components. Whether cast iron, steel or non-ferrous metals - we clean precisely and gently up to a part size of 600 × 400 × 280 mm. Depending on customer requirements, we use customized cleaning processes such as degreasing or rust removal. We only use environmentally friendly, water-based cleaning media. We then ensure professional preservation and packaging in accordance with your specifications and requirements.

We pack your cleaned products professionally in VCI bags with integrated corrosion inhibitors - for reliable protection during storage and transportation. We also remove old labels, apply new markings and pack loose containers in suitable boxes according to your specifications. In this way, we ensure that your products not only arrive clean, but also optimally protected and ready for use.
