Our modern ultrasonic and spray cleaning systems ensure a consistently high cleaning quality, which can be verified on site in our own cleanliness laboratory.
Spray Cleaning Process
- Flexible system technology for wet cleaning by spraying of plastic and metal parts up to a dimension of 1,200 × 1,200 mm
- Handling of parts up to an individual weight of 250 kg with the aid of a column-mounted slewing crane
- Basket weight 1,250 kg
- Preservation and packaging according to customer specifications
Ultrasonic Cleaning
- Professional ultrasonic cleaning of components made of cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metals up to a dimension of 600 × 400 × 280 mm.
- According to the customer's requirements, we can use adapted cleaning processes such as degreasing and derusting
- Exclusive use of cleaning media on aqueous basis
- Preservation and packaging according to customer specifications

Why clean parts?
High cleanliness requirements on the one hand and enormous cost pressure on the other present suppliers to the automotive industry with challenges when it comes to parts cleaning.
- Contaminated components can impair the function or further processing

The degree of cleanliness required therefore depends on the part itself, the subsequent application and the subsequent process steps. We are on the trail of chips, fibers, fluff, oxides, rust or scale.
We also remove oil, grease and chemicals. On request, we can preserve the parts again and pack them according to customer specifications.
